As at this evening, the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, has joined the league of groups and organisations calling for mandatory electronic transmission of election result from polling units to INEC Nigeria server on real time in 2027.
The Senate President – Nigeria said the Nigerian Senate has rejected electronic transmission of results in the amended Electoral Act. The position by Senate has been rejected by major opposition parties and leading groups in Nigeria, the latest being the NBA.
Nigerians are out for a free, Fair and transparent election in 2027 and system men are jittery.
